Approval Reminders

Set up approval reminders in NetSuite

  1. Sign in to NetSuite
  2. Locate the Reminders section on your dashboard
  3. Hover over the Reminders section and click the menu icon (three vertical dots)
  4. Click the Set Up button
  5. Type "purchase" into the search box
  6. Click on "Purchase Requests to Approve" to add it to the "current selections"
  7. You can reorder the items by dragging. E.g. drag the Purchase Requests to Approve to the Headline section and the Tasks due today to the Other section
  8. Make sure that the "Show reminders with zero results" is checked
  9. Click the blue save button when done
  10. The reminders section should now look similar to this:
