Requesting Account Access

When a new employee, intern or students begins work at Bigelow, please submit an account request through the helpdesk.

Account Extensions

When an employee ceases to work at Bigleow, their account access is turned off. Extensions are allowed if the employee needs access to specific account in order to finish Bigelow-related work.

Account extensions should be requested via helpdesk. Extensions can be requested for up to three months at a time.

When the account is within 2 weeks of expiring, the supervisor will receive an email from helpdesk@bigelow.org (similar to the one above). Please reply to the email or submit a helpdesk ticket before the expiration date in order to extend the account. Please include details of why the person needs continued access.
