Bigelow will start using NetSuite for timesheets & payroll on March 15th.

NetSuite uses Google for authentication. Go to netsuite.bigelow.org to login. Full instructions are available here.

Will NetSuite provide an electronic W2 and a way to view electronic pay stubs?
Yes
How can you view sick and vacation time balances?
There are instructions at support.bigelow.org/pto
Does the time sheet automatically calculate any overtime hours?
No, it does not. It is important to note that hours recorded in excess of 37.5 will need to be coded as overtime. Supervisors must approve this overtime
How does an intern record their hours?
Interns will not use this time keeping system. Interns will receive stipend checks directly from Accounts Payable
